Any Terra Crusher owners here
I haven't seen any threads for the Terra Crusher here?
Just wondering if anyone else owns any?
We have 3 in my family, Mostly stock as yet.

It handles pretty well. It is setup kinda stiff. It has the XTM 24.7 motor with a Crazy Nut Racing Head and THS Racing 1/8th scale pipe. Does wheelies almost whenever I want if I lean it a little more. I have it set rich since I don't race it.

I would put in one of those FOC conversions in the transmission to help the transmissing not to slip as much. New Era has them for like 29.99. It works great with any motor but since the truck is heavy you will notice a good improvement in off the line acceleration. It is a worth while hopup.

Yeah we have been DROOLING over all the cool stuff on the web but money in tight so we will just run them stock for now.
But hopefully that will ease soon then, Hello New Era.

Well when you get a few spare bucks go with the FOC for the transmission and get some other tires. Those two things will help the TC out alot. The sstock tires weigh a ton.

I can agree with that, My son has the Hot Bodies 7 inch tires & wheels on his, It is faster and seems to be lighter also
, always good.
I had to put the Dynamite Rear skid and tank protector on mine, I also put on a set of Hex Drives, but I had to remove some with a grinder to get the wheel nut to go on far enough so the locking part would grab. So far no problem though

what kind of changes did u do to get that engine in the tc? is this engine a good choice, and the gears hold up. also, what wheels fit the tc other than stock?do they offer better weigh.
i got one tc for a year+ and the most notisable draw back is the weakness of engine.now i've been playing with the thought of getting another truck but now i think the tc is an exelent platform only need to improve what do u think?
thanks

I'm running the NewEra chassis and chassis braces. The motor is the XTM 24.7 and is a good choice s you can use the RotoStart setup on it. The gears have held up but then again I don't really beat mine either but I do run it and so far it has been ok. Anytime you put this kind of motor in a truck you are adding alot of extra stress on the gears and other parts so juse beware of what could happen. I run the BigJoes 40 seires tires but just bought some of the NewLosi Zombie tires and some Proline Rims. I will post pics when I have them mounted later this week. Probably Sunday sometime.

Oh yea anytimes that fit the T-Maxx or Savage will fit the TC. If you are playing and not racing I would go for the BigJoes or something like that. Work great and are wide so the truck is more stable. If you are racing then I would run Proline BowTies and the New Losi Zombie tires or somthing similiar.
