Question about fuel

Just wondering if anyone can explain what the difference is concerning glow engine fuels that are specific for things that fly and things that don't.

For instance....

Morgan fuels pure synthetic Cool Power 15% Heli contains 17% oil....Morgan Fuels synthetic-castor mix Side Winder 16% Race Blend contains 12% oil....Side Winder Pro Race contains only 10% oil !

Why shouldn't I use the cheaper 15% Cool Power Heli fuel in my Savage 25 ? It has more oil content

Currently I'm using 16% Trinity Monster HP which I think has 12% oil....

At the top of the page there is a link to a search function.

I know that sounds rude but the topic of fuels has been discussed many times in the nitro onroad section and the off road section.

EDIT: as I was reading through the new posts there is a thread about fuel in the nitro engine zone. I would suggest reading the 3 pages that are currently there and then asking if you have more questions.

Default fuel issue...

well, fuels for airplanes contain more lubricant and lesser nitro while fuels for cars/trucks contain less lubricant and more nitro. airplanes need more lubricant to make the engine run cooler.
