I like the idea, but I feel as if the width would be too narrow.

Whoa!!! "Still in production", so unless TCS does a review or sends one to someone to do a review, we're going to have to wait.

Wonder how much it weighs?

No, thats just the kit (bag of parts). This converts Flux to 1/5th scale like a Baja and its going to weight more than the 13lbs mine weighs with batts.

I'd like to know how much more. Due to the added weight, you might not have any choice but to run 6S. What is it going to use for a shell? One of those $175 Sav 1/5 shells? I sure hope not!

From TCS

Any baja 5T bodies will work. You can probably even make a 5B body work on it too, that would be cool! The proline trofeo body and the proline baja bug body can all fit on here (baja bug body may need some creative body mounts).

You can run this on 4S if you want, it will be just as fast as your truck is now on 4S. But because it's bigger, it looks like it's crawling on 4S. Big scale means you speed seams to scale down. But 6S is plenty fast and this thing rips!

Check out the Proline Bodies here - http://www.prolineracing.com/catalog/Bodies-57-1.html

its got a roll bar it doesnt need a shell... its designed to look like a buggy for a reason lol. tcs is a great company and ive been using there products for sometime now. i used there 5mm standard length flux tvps and they were amazing... for $20 You just cant go wrong.

this kit looks very cool and wish i could get my hands on one but im out of funds "for now" lol.
it will run on whatever you want it to run on you just have to adjust the gearing.
