Default Help!! New Engine for T-maxx needed.

I need a new engine for my T-maxx. My Stock Orig. one is dead. I am not looking to upgrade the T-maxx to a .21+ engine.

Any suggestions for a .15-.18 engine that is under $250? one that is under $300? I do not race - but as I am upgrading that option would be nice.

Should I even replace the engine? or just buy a Savage 25?

Decisions...Decisions...Decisions!!

try looking either for the FANTOM FR18 or the SIRIO .18 for T-Maxx. no convertions required for either of the two engine it is a direct fit for the stock T-Maxx engine. Sirio engine is around $ 200 while the Fantom FR18 is around $150. hope this helps..........

Default New Engine for T-Maxx!

Check out the Ofna/Picco .21 small block it will bolt right in! they
even give you the engine mount for the T-Maxx.
It`s rated at 2.38 hp@32,000 rpm, not bad at all.
Hope this helps.

2.5 or Fantom FR.18, these are the best .15 and .18 engines IMO.
