Default Truckzilla .46 engine question

Hi guys,

Just a quick question. Im relatively new to the RC Nitro scene and am really struggling to find decent parts for the Truckzilla .46 engine.

Does anybody know which is a good tuned pipe for the above and where to get one from? I have recently just purchased the engine but it comes with nothing but the carb!!

Also whilst I'm at it, is there an air filter thats any good or are they all just the same???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers guys.

Man, you don't see many of those .46 engines. Since HPI came out with the Savage XL and 5.9 engine it's pretty rare to see many parts for the .46.

I had one of those motors and could never get it to run right, any savage pipe should work.

Cheers for the quick responses guys. Im starting to realise that these things are pretty rare!!! How much hard work is it to find anything for them! lol.

I had a realisation regarding this earlier, I'm not actually putting this into a savage so I need the manifold to swing round the back of the engine so it sits on the other side! Would I be right in thinking that the only way I could do that is to get one of the manifolds used for the twin engine conversion?? If so.......where the hell do I get them from lol???? Couldn't manage to find one on the Hot Bodies website (unless I'm just being useless!!! Which is more likely!!)

THis motor is not made very well and has absolutely no part support.
