I've had both as well, seems we went in different directions. No need for an argument, I got respect for Losi (and other makes) but prefer the revo

if you keep the MT class fun it will stay, like the last place person has to wear a hula skirt or coconut bra the next race. just keep it and fun and cheep, and if u build it they will come.

for most, help out the noobies and let some one watching that seems interested drive your truck a few laps during a break or after the show.
there meant to be beat on right!

just my 2cents

I did that a couple years ago, we had some indoor nitro races and got my old savage running for a kid.. had alot of fun, but thought as most people do, these are easy to run and run em full throttle, he learned real fast tho, until the filter came off and me not knowing it, the engine kind of went south after that.. at a different race, I had the old savy there also and when the races were done I let another kid try it out, lucky for the safety fences that truck would of ended up in the next county.. he had a blast, the old savy still runs and is ready for another "noobie" I'll do it in a heart beat any day to let someone drive my "old" trucks.. now my racers?? maybe if they show some common sense or some interest..this year I'm going to take a kid with us to the monthly races, he's been working all year at McDonalds to buy a new truck and he did it!!! he got himself a 8, he lives with his mom and sister and not getting much help there..we plan on maybe today, if he's not working, to help out getting his engine set and break it in...

We keep it pretty fun when we race the MT's here. Its a small class so when I am catching someone or they are catching up to me, we always make some comments just to keep it fun. I've been helped many times with parts I didnt have or set up tips from others racing MT's. I just hope we still have a class this year.

I race electric MT's and can't just let anyone run them, but i know who the competent drivers are and have no problem letting them drive mine. I have a gorilla chassied revo and its awsome handling wise, makes the truggies nervous wheelieing down the backstretch during practice. I tone the throttle down a little for racing, but the jaws dropping is priceless when you pass buggies and truggies on the rear wheels

bottom line is we all need to contribute...bring your mt's out faith fully talk alil trash show every one your having fun with it...and mabe more people will bring theres out..start grudge races etc...make it fun agin...we all have to contribute....

go out there between races run some laps etc..it dont matter..if some one has a mt just around and you show them how fun they still are mabe they will bring theres out..

i know me and the guys around here we talk soooo much trash just on the mt's witch gets us out there going back and forth every weekend...who ever place lowest got to pay for our meal at mc donnalds type of thing..just make it fun agin...thats how we can bring it back...or at least help....

i just removed the center diff from my T-maxx, it was a pain to get any sort of rear post made and was tired of it sitting on the bench 90% of the time. Im throwing the forward only in and getting it back out on the track. Time to bring the fun back into this thing

The biggest thing is helping out the noobs... as a noob myself, I know that without people like Reggie L helping me out I would have given up on this hobby a long time ago.

...oh and the trash talking/grudge matches definitely makes it fun too
