Default cold weather sux.....

it figures by time me and my boss get or monsters up and running...its almost december,we spend last spring on electric stuff, then didnt bother with it for a few months till i got my first nitro....and its all a wrap from there we spend the rest of summer, and fall finding, buying, learning nitro rc...now we got it down, and its too cold,we cant even hit a hard bump or a curb lightly,or something will snap everything is so brittle it 30 degree weather, and all my street cars will not bite this cold pavement....grrrrr.....well its back to electric for now,my lhs just completed an indoor dirt oval...kinda boring im not a racer...but atleast i can run on dirt.......

on the positive side if you have a cheap old truck like a rusty or a tamiya tl-01 you can waterproof your electronics, put tacks or nails through the tires and bash your rc on the ice

i am in the process of making a "ice maxx"
tmaxx 3.3 with crazy studded tires, the spikes im gonna use are sugical stainless steel, only problem is using that will cost me close ta 150$ for the spikes i need, that will be the ultimate bling bling look,or i might just do something more affordable........and using two of the same tires,im gonna but them on the rear of my savage, and put the skis on the front...heh they came with the truck when i bought it...in the process of installing water proof traxxas servos..on my 3 tmaxx's,and the savage ss .28..there strong enough i have yet to smoke one out,and they are cheap enough.
and in a few months im getting a 1/8th scale snowmobile with an ofna .28 it looks mad fun cant wait ta get it and post picks...

fleebay got lots of trolls.
got sick buying things there 1/10 sellers send it instantly 9/10 send it like 1-2 weeks later kinda pointless for paying for 2-3 day shipping there which is 5-20 bucks most of the time.

what about them Skiies for the RCs i saw traxxas had a Skii conversion lol.
That should be fun to try out =D

Now that you mention plastic and cold.
I dont think 61 Degrees effects the plastic too much right ?
