Aftershock tips and tricks needed

Need help with ideas with how I can make my Aftershock more race ready. I have placed the 427 motor on it and a old OFNA Pipe. I have swapped the upper and lower gears in the transmission. What fluid are people running in the diffs. I am looking for ideas. Thanks for any help in advance
