Cool building a pulling sled

i got the idea to build my own pulling sled for monster trucks and pulling trucks. if the finished product goes well i plan on marketing them for a cheeper price then i have seen them for. just to give you some highlights( dont want to give away all the detals)

weigh box will be chain driven
sled will have adjustable platform and hitch
sled will ride on t-maxx tires
the whole sled will be 42in in long and 18 in wide the box will be 21 in wide

with these few details please share your comments and thoughts

Bumping a 5-year old thread?
Really?
Anyway, he would have likely attached the chain to the wheels on the trailer and to the box, through some sort of gear reduction.

Default pulling sled

that width of the box is horrendous! ! ! if ANYTHING it should never be wider than the inside of the tires. they become too unstable if you have weight hanging over the tires.. Go look at you tube vids and use thoses guys as a starting point....I am also building a rig for comp class crawlers.............. should be about 40lbs when done with 170 lb capacity if necessary
