Default ? for all you truggy racers

What would be a few good consistant tire choices to use from track to track racing outdoors. Maybe one loose dirt, damp, hard packed, stuff like that.

HPI Nubz are a great all rounder, probably a bit better on medium to high grip tracks.

On the looser surfaces I find MTR 2 crimefighters work well.

On a damp clay surface GRP cubix are a nice pre glued package.

Hope this helps with your choice's......

1. Proline Bowties good all round tire.

2. Holeshots for hard pack tracks and dusty loamy tracks.

On the Tires I would use the new Pro Line LPR series of rims and tires. You have to use the Pro Line 3.7 Rims, But I have never had any problems with Pro Line rims. To keep the Costs down I would (as most have suggested) use Holeshots on the hard packed tracks (biggest problem is they DO wear rather quickly) For all other applications I would use Bow Ties, If you find a track where Crime Fighters work, Bow Ties will work also..But I have been to a few tracks where Crime fighters did not work to good and Bow Ties worked great. Their are a few other choices..One is the GRP Cubic pre mounts..Good tire for loose damp tracks, The Werks Stubs..Good for Hard Packed conditions. Panther 38 series Gator..You need to use the Pro Line LPR rims..Good all around tire, The HPI Nubz S compound tire..good tire.
