Race prepping a Revo???

I would like to know what some of you Revo racers are doing to yours to get it ready for racing. What can I strip off the Revo that is not necessary and what can be changed out (tires, wheels, engine, suspension, etc.) Thanks.

I would read the last 3 pages of the revo thread, and search for the other getting my revo ready to race thread, as it has most of the pertinant info.
