What Do You Guys Think About This Truck? Just For Bashing Around? Will It Run Good With lipos?

They are GREAT trucks to bash around in. There is a nice aftermarket selection for hop-ups. Mine has been great!! 1ST thing to get is the alloy idler, when putting more power to it. It will be fine on li-pos

Ditto, Great Truck
IMO I would start with the RPM front and rear bearing carriers and 11x5 bearings as a first upgrade. Then a good wheely bar, camber adjusters and if you plan to upgrade to a faster motor the idler gear upgrade is manditory like psunitro said.
My pede has run flawlessly for the past few years and is still one of my favorite trucks.

While I dont own any Li-Po's. I do have the Pede XL-5. And lemme tell ya, this is one tough truck.
I bought this for my nephew to run around instead of running my T-Maxx or E-Maxx (he's 4, little to much for him). And this truck takes everything he AND I throw at it and comes back for more. My only problem has been set screws and such loosening from the beating we give this truck. Little thread lock and we are back in action.
I have acually had more fun with this truck than with my E-Maxx or T-Maxx. Its quick, has good run times on my IB3800's. So I imagine with Li-Po's, this truck would scream.
For the money, I dont think you can beat it for a basher.
