Default Revo Help

I havent used my revo in a while and this afternoon i went to take it out for a run but the problem was that it wouldnt get and fuel from the furl tank to the engine. I dont know what to do i tried changing the fuel line around, priming the engine and playiing with the throttle while trying to get it to start. Please help me I need to know what to do. And also can i cut the fuel line to make it shorter? or is it long for a reasone.

Thanks for the help,
Mike

Did you store it with fuel in the tank? I did that once and was not good, i got the tank clean but had to replace the fuel line because it was all gummed up. also check for some air leaks, make sure the glow plug is good. a good way to ckeck for an air leak that works for me is to pull the fuel line from the exhaust and blow into it, i also use for priming , the fuel should go to the carb like a rocket, if it gets there kinda slow check further into air leaks.

Sounds gummed up. throw the glow plug & fuel line away, buy new, clean the tank with fresh fuel, try to start again. If it does not then you may have to disassemble the motor and clean it as well.

thanks for the help, also can i cut the fuel line to make it easier for the fuel to run through? Or is it meant to be long for a reason?

yes, the length is so your truck will run while upside down, gives you about 15 seconds upside down of run time or so, but I told you that in your other identical thread already
