Talking **OFFICIAL ROCK CRAWL'N THREAD** Elec, Nitro & Any Scale!

Well, after many searches through RC Tech.net, I still am shocked as to why I havn't seen any 'main' rock crawling thread.

So here we go, I'll start one up. If there is already a thread like this, then the Mod's can go ahead and delete me!

I have been doing alot of research on these crawlers and have started up building one of my own. It's gonna be around 1/8th scale, I figure, with around a 21" wheelbase. Electric, but using a REVO tranny. I explain more later on that decision. I am currenlty just waiting on my aluminum guy to weld up my axels so I can start on the chassis & links. I'll keep everyone updated on my progress. I don't think I will hit the rocks with her this summer, I will probably finish her up over the winter. But it is going to be quite killer after it's done!

Also have plans to get my hands on one of those Tamiya F350's they keep saying is coming, but it never shows up! I think it will be fun and will add a true 'scale' feel to the way the truck drives. Anyone have one yet?

Well, there you guys go! Now we can have a place to chat up the RC segmant that covers the fewest miles! But has the most fun!
