Well, we dont know yet do we ? the 3.3 just got released and i think its too early to have an opinion yet before we know more about the 3.3, how it holds up and performs compared to the OS .18 TM.

Have you tried both engines yourself so that you know for sure ?

And the Tm is the same for both the T-maxx and the Revo, its just the header thats different.

they do have EB Modded versions available for the .18TM. that thing should be a little powerhouse check tower for them. pretty pricey but you get what you pay for

mates got a os .18 and i dont want to go near the 3.3 because all the ppl say the traxxas 2.5 dosnt hold tune, overheats etc etc.... i got a mate with 4 2.5's and theyall have problems...i highly doubt the 3.3 is any different frm the 2.5 apart from different size piston/liner all the crankshaft ,carb etc is all the same

some savage owners just have a tendency to say something negative against anything related to the tmaxx(oftentimes without basis)

Traxxas was kind enough to give all of their forum moderators a Revo 3.3 as a special thanks to them. They gave them to them before they where even available to their own employes, so some people out there have had a few of them for close to a month now if not longer.
