There's a track in Crookston, MN called Altapeter Family Offroad Raceway. Crookston isn't that far away from Bemidji, about 1 1/2 hours West on US 2. They have a thread on this forum. Check them out. They have a race tomorrow.

You're gonna have to drive a few hours in any direction to get to any kind of racing I think. Maybe Proctor Fairgrounds for offroad action. In the Twin Cities for any kinda of indoor astro turf offroad action and for any indoor carpet onroad action too.

When I lived up in Brrrrmidji the proper spelling was Bemidji. Proctor or Crookston are about equal distances away in opposite directions on Highway 2.I'd head East to Proctor. The Bemidji area has always been somewhat of a dead zone for racing rc cars and boats. My kids used to race Legend cars at the middle school but that dried up almost 20years ago.
