Default WTF Minnesota.

Just found out Genesis R/C is building a brand new facility for on-road in Marshall, MN. This is in addition to the expansion at MMR in St. Louis Park, and FTR's new indoor dirt facility in St. Cloud. It's like I'm living in bizzaro land!

Well its not like Genesis didn't have a track already. Brandon lost the building he was in and by building his own, he will make sure that wont happen again. We had the same problem a year and a half ago in North Dakota. Our track size went from 92x36 to 70x24 in our new location.

If it was a little closer I would go down to Marshall more often. I wouldn't be complaining about the amount of tracks. You guys are lucky to have so many options and opportunities in Minnesota to race so many different classes all the time.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would complain about the amount of tracks in MN. We've gone a long time without much for indoor racing. My intention was to relay my astonishment that we have so many good things going now and that it is feasible for places like FTR, MMR, and Genesis to invest time and money into furthering their operations. A stark contrast to resent years. Glad to see it.

Indoor nitro in cold weather is RC's version of waterboarding.

I inherently searched for the "Like" button for a solid 2 seconds after reading this (felt more like 15). I guess I have to comment to show my appreciation. How terribly inefficient of R/C Tech!

I'm with ya! It's totally awesome seeing everything grow to give us so many options. I can see myself racing both carpet and dirt on the same weekend throughout the course of winter. It sure is nice to see how we are growing in MN as a whole in both offroad and onroad!!!
