Why always so negative? They are supposed to be very reliable.

Not being negative just asking a question. I'm guessing that might come into the discussion if one fails if you have to replace it with the same esc.

One good thing about those speedos is, the going rate for them, at least on ebay, is about 20 to 25 dollars, I surfed some different Tamiya forums a little yesterday and could find NO reports of people frying these ESCs with the stock motor.
Bearings needed are 12 5x11s, and 2 5x8s, for the drivetrain.
Thers is an oil filled plastic shock set available for these, #53619, they are about 18 dollars for four...

In the last 2 weeks I have read the last 400 pages on the Rctech tamiya mini thread and have not found 1 negative comment on the Tamiya speedo.

Are the mini coopers and the Trinity street specs both running this weekend? I may have to pick up a mini as they look like a blast to drive. Good call guys on that class!

Both classes will be run. The Cooper class will be run this year as a demo. We already have seven proud owners. With atleast three more interested. So don't be a poop and buy a coop.

I have (sadly) read the whole mini thread, Australian mini thread, and silver can tuning thread, and found these speed controls to be bulletproof.

This Sunday it's on like Donkey Kong.

P.S. WB has got the highest amount of laps down (in our area) so aim for the black mini.
