What are the Tamiya mini rules? We usually run everything from 1/18 to 1/14 scale together here as an open mini class. There's usually enough entries that we split 2wd and 4wd and even peel off the sedans into their own class. Last weekend we even had full B-mains in almost every class...1/18 is big around here.

We're not talking about "mini-cars", we're talking about Tamiya Minis.

The 36th scale cars? We tried a micro class but all that showed were a couple of micro-t's. Loads of fun, but really hard to race IMO.

To borrow an expression from Seth and Amy..."REALLY???!!!". You may be the only person on planet earth who isn't aware of what a Tamiya Mini is. Do a quick search. Nothing like a micro-car, nothing like a mini-car.

umm ok. I must have missed the myriad forums discussing them, or the endless ads for them.
my initial search turned up only 36th scale crap, today Google did show me the 1/10 scale mini (coopers). It would be sorta cool to see a horde of those battling on the track.
Woohoo I'm in the know now...welcome to planet Earth!

Those of you who did not know what a "Mini" was must not have been to Canada to race in recent years. It was the most popular class last time I went to Regina.

What about something more of us likely have? How's about we bring our 1/10 short course trucks and I bring out little wooden jumps?

Stock Slash's. I'd be up for that over mini.

Well, actually either one is bad-ass.
