Might be too late since the rules seem to be in place, BUT...

RJ Speed just came out with a spec nascar kit complete with COT Body for $109.99

This would be fun, same as legends rules, keep it spec tires, etc.

It would be tough to make it compete with some of the pan cars and their drivers around this area.

I agree 100%

Down the road or next season maybe depending on how it goes.

Right now looks like just Legends and Slash for the first one?

Wanna borrow my Legend? Big car racing is still going on so I would have no chance to be there but I have a Legend roller just sitting here. I'd like to help with the car count if I can.

An attractive offer, but I don't have any 1 cell electronics or extra brushless spedo abd such yet either.....

The offer stands for anyone. I could borrow a Legend roller with brushed speed control and 27t motor if someone wants to try it out. Electronics would have to be mounted though. I also have some loose cells to make 3cell packs. Just an option. I live quite a ways south of the cities but could bring the stuff to Shakopee tomorrow afternoon if anyone is interested.

I think Dave was wanting to borrow Ron's legend car or maybe mine perhaps.
