Yes when they are upside down. they can be covered in lexon shields and or duct tape.. Must be approved by the track before turning laps.

loooked at the rules and was wondering if there is a web page for the BRL & TOUR rules?

still trying to figure out can a 1/12 pan run in the pan car class?

I'm thinking it is 1/10 scale as 1/12 cars aren't designed for 6-cell NiMH/2S LiPo packs.
