I haven't been to the shop or to the track in a few weeks so as of now, I do not know but it will give me something to look into.
The first time i yacked with the guys at Nitro Hobbies, they had herd a rumor that somebody might be setting up an oval track in Castlewood, but I have not herd anything since.

They video of the track on youtube look under slash racing south dakota you'll find it. The guys a nitro hobbies they are pretty cool.
