looking to be a good weekend. Practice track will be up for saturday. so anyone who needs to shake out there car or just put some laps in.
Racing sunday with the first qual starting at 10:45. We got a late start last sunday do to weather and will work really hard to hit that start schedule. If you are going to be late call ahead to get placed into the system.
We are a ROAR track. Membership will be sold at the Shop if needed, You may also renew at the Shop. This is a requirement to be on the track, It not only covers you but those around you and what you do with your RC car. This is part of our aggreement for permission to race.
The Shoe will have a drivers Stand Today or next Friday. The first Shoe race is next weekend.

Conner will be absent for this weekend, but I'll be there on Sunday.
Wild Monkey Racing is looking for a substitute F1 driver for this Sunday in Conner's absence.
Any 'qualified' RC driver interested in running F1 is welcome to PM me with their interest.

I'll be at the race on Sunday. I've got your i'll give you your 41T pinion back, just bought a 45T in addition to a 81T spur...If you absolutely cannot find anybody else to drive the F1, I could give it a go....if you trust me lol.

I will be there Sunday but can't be there Saturday. By the way I lost a brake pad retainer for my brakes during the main on sunday, in case you guys stumble upon it.

good day racing, next week is at the Shoe. turn up the speed and no walls. lots of tire melting action today.
results are up as are points.

First run on the Shoe was really good.
early we started out getting to 22 second laps. then just before the first qual we had a rain sower. As per the 08 rules we ran the program. no rain after the first good shower. and the cars worked really quite well in the wet. wish I had purchased a set of rain tires
lap times got down to the 27 second mark, and the track was actually easier to drive totally wet as as sson as some dry spots started showing you got aggressive on the throttle.

with piles of Ice still on the ground and track dug out from the leaves I think we can easily call Sundays race the Jungle Race. A whole new definition to soft walls
