Default RC Extreme Club carpet meeting

We are having a Meeting this Thursday Sept. 20, 2007 to discuss the upcoming indoor carpet season.
The meeting is at the Pizza Ranch in Tea SD at 6:30 PM. We will discuss classes, rules, race start time and dates for the carpet season to begin the first part of November at the Oaks Hotel in Sioux Falls SD.
If you could call your friends that race indoors to tell them about this meeting it would be greatly appreciated. The more people we can assemble the more ideas and discussions we can have.
Also keep in mind we will have to setup the track and tear it down every race day, we could use some good suggestions
on the best way we can do this.
TELL ALL YOUR RACING FRIENDS ABOUT THIS MEETING.

Default carpet size

I believe the carpet we have is 40 X 60. It is the same carpet that was in the former TRC building.

Default carpet

Jason's post says it is 48 by 85 I don't think any of us actually measured it before we took it out so it was a best guess.

Default 1/18 scale

Last year at the track that was in Tea there would be anywhere from 8-20+ cars. I expect 10+ cars on a regular basis. I know there will be some brushless setups. I know that there will be some of the BAJA motors in mini t's. I expect some of those reedy stump pullers. I also know there will be some stock motors. As far as batteries go I expect some 1100 and 1200 and now with the 1400 I'm sure some there will be at least one of those. In the past to finish in the top 3 it was most important to run a good line and stay out or trouble. It will be alot of fun guranteed.
