Thanks to the Stormer crew for coming over to do some racing!!!! Hope you all had a great time and maybe can do it again soon!! I think we gained some good knowledge about the brushless as well as FF07 setup. Randon did indeed run that 12th scale very well and definately should continue with 1/12th scale! See you all in Omaha. Speeking of Omaha I see we have two new entries from our club. Could it be our very own (crash N smash and Roadkill) Yes I do beleive it is!!!!! It is starting to sound like a great time in progress!!!!

I was just wondering who is in charge of the offroad track by the complex. Is that still there? Are they going to have races there this summer? thanks

the off road is all still there, as far as a race, that wasnt really the intent behind that facility, it should be there this summer but due to the deal we have with the city there is no water, no power. A driver stand needs to be built as well. So far i have my own money and some doantions to cover whats done up there, i still need to get 500 for the insurance due in july. I think the biggest thing is there just arent enough people interested in volunteering time or donating enough money/supplies for the stand and some fence. We are talking about building a club track out in surrey near the oval. there would be some kind of fee to race there but with that comes a much nicer facility(power, water, AMB). More towards spring i think well discuss this as carpet winds down. There were a couple club members interested, well just see how it works out.

Thank you for the birthday wishes, am feeling better after getting a little wore down over the weekend. Hope everything is going well down in AZ for RacinJ.

Racing in Pingree this weekend for the Winter Warmup. Sounds like Randy got the 17.5 figured out a little bit over this week. See you in Pingree on Saturday.

Well i got a killer deal on a novak gtb with a 17.5 and 4.5 motor......looks like im going to have to get some funky gear combos now.......is that an ok esc for 1/12???

Just a quick note that we are having a meeting this weekend after our races.
need to figure out a schedule for the rest of the season, april 5-6 2 day race, possible summer racing.

should be another good turnout!
