and here is a completed front half.. the hydro brakes are a pian in the rear to setup, and do not seem to work any better than the cables.....

I would order a cable car next time around and save the dough.. unless of course you are just after the cool factor..

oh yea this kit while being top notch for quality and construction is not for the newcomer.. might as well say the instructions do not exsist at all, and what is there is in german.. you have to build it on rc knowledge, real car knowledge, and a schematic.....

Since I managed to wreck my car in the race I got a rare opportunity to watch the race from the pits, man does it look cool with those F1:s going around the track. I think both Vance and Andrew passed me in points due to my wreck, it will be an intense final for the series, so much is sure....

2 more races at Hideaway and then another couple at the Shoe. If anyone is intrested in getting started in F1, I have a car for sale. I think I found out that it is too time consuming to keep 2 cars raceworthy, better just to focus on one, so the other one has to go. Perfect condition, email me if you are interested.

hats off to jerry kohout for pulling a excellent win out.. driving to the front at the 25 lap mark and holding the filed off to the bitter end.. 125 laps later.....

pretty exciting having 10 1/5th f1's racing in the minneapolis area.. friday night at the shoe.. lets see if they will narrow the laptime gap and run closer to the sedans this week???

Today is the last race of the series, in the end, the racing has been so close that there are still 3 drivers that have a shot at winning the point series. I think it will be the race of the year. Everyone ready to do battle? .....

Also, as Brian M is moving out, thank you for playing Brian, hope to see you back here in the future. Also, we have two new names to look out for: Mike from Die Hard paint Ball just bought his F1 and Sandy picked up Brians car. The circus just grows and grows....

the season was very very cool.. one of the neat parts is every race is a trophy race...

we had a great variety of winners this season, and quite a few who won there first week out .. next year it will be even more challenging, as we learned a lot in the first season, and with the mix between oval and road course it should be very very cool...

Thanks to my sponsor, Rock N Roll Sound, Elk River Minnesota.. 763-241-4134
1-800-402-3944 for all your car sound system needs and window tinting.. ask for Mike....

Hats off to Fredrick Molzer for bringing home the points championship.... it will be a even tighter race next year.. 15 pt spread 1st to 2nd, came down to the last race.......

Hey guys, just wanted to say I finally made it up to Hideaway the first time this year and got to see you guys run. Awesome site, but I can't imagine how much cooler it would be to see them turn left and right. Wished I could have been up there more this year with my 1/4 scale but I had to do away with that, and simply didn't have time otherwise. Hope to see you all around next year, and hopefully I'll have another 1/4 scale car then.

If any of you guys need to know how to go faster around that oval, let me know...
