For anyone who has not yet heard about the MN nitro series, it is a best 5 of 7 race series at various privately owned outdoor tracks in the great state of Minnesota!!!!!
They run all of the most popular nitro classes as well as 1/10th stock truck. It is a two day race format with three qualifiers on Saturday and mains on Sunday. Last year they averaged 100+ entries at most of the races with the final having 170+, so come out and race with some of the most talented and friendly off-road drivers in the midwest. All the information one could ever want on the series and/or racing advice can be found here www.mnnitroseries.com.
Also, Any questions will be answered here by myself or one of the other dirty off-roaders!!!!!! Thanks, Steve Nelson

Actually I would like to start out by saying I have been an RC Motler for the better part of 20 years(since 1989) And I really enjoy racing at the track in motley mn. I haven't seen anyone cheating or yelling at people at these races. I find the racing to be a great time for the "good" guys and "bad" guys of rc to gather and do what they love, Race Rc's at a great place. I can't extend enough thanks out to the people who have made this all possible over the winter this year. You guys all know who you are, and you are the best. I think this is the perfect start to a great MN Nitro Series Season this summer. We should easily extend the entry's into the 100's and the party lifestyle that everyone has grown to love about the series will flourish! I think that everyone should post some positive comments about both WOR and MNNitro series. We all deserve it. So please write up all of your great thoughts on the Nitro series and the crowd that is associated with it as we are obviously a pretty good group of guys and girls. Thanks alot to WOR and MNNITROSERIES for entertaining all of us over and over again. I would also like to give some credit to the guys on the other threads typing up huge paragraphs of garbage. I didn't realize how much typing they were actually doing.
All I know is that anyone going to Hutch from the cities needs to stop and Mackenthuns meat market in St. Bonifacious and get a supply of beef jerky and summer sausage for the weekend!! Because it is the best shit on earth!!!! And I will be coming from the north, so I won't be able to go there!! Steve, I know you like meat.....do it up!!! haha
Meat, nitro racing, cheep beer, and SUMMER!! Sounds great....I'm crying.

Hi Kraig, Awesome to see that an off-road driver is trying to start his own company to make competitive products for racers. We all know that hard work wins races!!!!
Swany, I am not a beef jerky guy, but I will bring the beer!!!!
Steve, this year, the format is 3 qualifiers on Saturday starting at 10 am, then Sunday, mains only starting at 10 am but the mains are now LONGER and still 2 bump ups per main.
This is one BAD BOY saying MN racing kicks ass!

I think the only bonus I can think of for the series would be a "Beer Wagon"---you know the little trailer with the tappers sticking out of the side of it.
this series is a lot of fun. I only made it to three races last year and had a blast. some of the Saturday night partying was execptional. Hope to make at least that many races again, if not more. but, I will have more HP
