So what is going on with on-road racing here? It is not really clear. Thought racing moved to Saturday night, but that dosent work for me. Now I see the on road Facebook group has been closed (archived). Website has on road on some Sundays but the website reads like an ikea manual when it comes to racing schedule.

The bottom line is that Mike is not a very nice person. He constantly belittles and yells at his wife in the shop to the point that it makes everyone uncomfortable, all while pushing his Christian values at every turn. The market is responding and now he's got no racer base. The entire group is now traveling to 180, 360, or racing offroad at TAP in Williamstown.

Here's what happened. The owner's husband (who runs the place) for some reason couldn't wrap his head around the fact that on-road guys race outdoor on asphalt in the spring and summer. He then proclaimed that everyone bailed on him. Then, he decided it would be fun to race toy offroad trucks (and ONLY toy offroad trucks) on Sundays when he had a dedicated base of on-road racers ready to come back indoors for the fall, but on Sundays because that was the day we raced. Everyone rejected the Saturday offroad because it seemed vindictive and petty, which it likely was.
