I put some stripes on my BMW body, since theres 3 other ones just like it. The weathers looking great for Saturday! Just a little FYI, I use Dupli-color Vinyl and Fabric paint for all my rc bodies. They sell it at Pep Boys. Its used to paint dashboards and door panels. The paint holds up well on all my rc bodies. Sticks great to the body. Its only 6 bucks a can for 11oz. The only drawback is the color choice is limited since its for autos. They have red, blue, white, and black.

That's a riot! That will make Four white BMWs in our 1:5 scale family. I installed stripes on the roof of my own "white BMW" so I don't drive someone elses car rather than my own (I'm old ya know). I'm actually good with multiple bodies looking the same, it will only spread fear in the hearts of visiting "teams" that dare to (I'm kidding here) challenge Team BMW. We can always run different color wheelsets or something if it becomes a problem, but I don't think it will.
I flew (I fly IMAA Giant Scale Gas Airplanes) at the club field this past Saturday, Sunday, AND Monday.. so I'm flown out for a couple of days. I would love to get the cars out this Saturday with Y'all as I got the parts from the Netherlands in today's mail and got both cars back together, But my club is having a Family Day this Saturday, and I'd like to attend (weather permitting). If the winds go past 15mph in Lumberton for Saturday I'll be at Wagner with the rest of you folks. It's very good to see this big gas car thing gaining speed.

Sounds good bro. I an old fart also. Turning 50 in 2 years. I ordered another body from DDM to paint up. I can also glass bead my white body and change the color. Ive done this before on my Losi body and once you paint it, the fogging from the glass beading disappears .
