Default Beating a dead horse (mini 8 batt and esc?)

I have been reading TONS of threads and searching for batteries everywhere. Settled on the gens ace 2s 30c and was going to grab a hw35a ESC to upgrade from stock. Can't find gens ace in stock at all. Is there other good options without ordering turnigy 20c packs from overseas and risking them not being shipped?

Thanks all.

Thanks. Just saw that's an option. Just have to find a pack higher than 20c.

Those turnigy 1700 mah, 20c lipos are the best bang for your buck. I don't need anything faster.

20c is fine for these buggies , the Turnigy packs barely get warm during a run .....

Agreed. Even with a 4 pole in my mini 8ight-t they never get warm or have puffed even in the 100*+ TX summer.

Thanks guys. Ended up grabbing the 35c nano tech variant since they are 35c and a little more mah. Saw a guy using them happily after switching to pure-tech Velcro straps which I intend to do.

Now I debate if I should have grabbed a hobbywing or turnigy 35a ESC while I ordered saw many people saying spend a few bucks more for the castle sv3 so think I may do that.
