yeah, I think it is these to use:

Heavy Duty Rod Ends (12) 4-40 ? Black | RPM R/C Products

When you went with different turnbuckles, what did you go with?

Yeah the slipper pads from losi thinking of trying too.

I just replaced them with stock ones. I haven’t had any significant problems with the slipper, like the pads glazing.

yeah running high bite carpet here I am betting our slipper settings may be too much for the pads. Will try some losi ones to see how it goes.

Hey everyone, I will make a separate post but just wanted everyone here to know, Caster Racing/Warren RC is have a 25% off ALL LC Racing parts on the 24th. This is on their home page. I definitely plan on picking a few things up.

that's a great deal!

Racing has been going well, big thing right now at least on the truggy side of things are:

- Ball cups want to pop free (I haven't seen this on the buggies at all, but the truggies seem to do this more)
- slipper pads glaze fast on truggies (going to try losi ones)

For the ball cups, going to go with RPMs on the truggies at least.

The slipper pad thing I am curious of ways to improve this relative to carpet running. I wouldn't mind something like a garolite disc.

Try cranking down on the slipper and see if that helps.

That's interesting. Hopefully changing the pad is all that's needed.

Maybe going with the smaller rally tires that someone else mentioned is the way to go.

yeah I am thinking maybe the combo is the issue. gonna try losi pads to see if its better.

The larger motor too is a beast.
