7118 - push rods - $6
7121 - wing mount - $5
7122 - black wing - $6
7131 - front arms set - $8
7132 - rear arms set - $8
7135 - bumpers - $6.50
7138 - toe links - $6
7151 - assembled driveshaft - $8/ea (need 4)
7174a - wheels/tires - $22/pair
7046 - 50t spur - $3
7147 - tan springs - $4/pair (i already have 1 pair)

Total $144.50 Give or take a few dollars, plus tax. These are based off Traxxas parts list prices. Also need to add on a body, so add around $20 for that. I've gone over this list like 5 times, so I'm 99.9 percent positive everything is covered. I'll post up my results later today. I hope the lhs has everything. I may go for RPM arms if he has them in black, I already have the knuckles.

i wouldnt bother with tan springs for the rear, that thing will slam its butt on the ground every time you hit the throttle, you wont be able to get enough preload on them to help really, the best thing is to go to a summit black spring
theyre still only $4 a pair as well.

Hmm, actually no black springs on the Summit parts list. If they are the stock ones, they are labeled blue in the listing. 2 steps stiffer than revo blacks. So I'll get the Summit blues for now.

Well it's all done. I ended up getting the ext wheelbase rear arms, and the traxxas cvds cause the lhs only had 3 of the plastic driveshafts, and I'm impatient

Paint is a flip flop between green and a copperish color. I tried to capture it on camera, it kinda worked, looks better in person of course.

While I had it torn apart, I added 5k diff oil up front, and 2k in the rear.

I used the Summit blue rear springs, works perfectly. I used revo tans up front, way too soft, need another pair of summit blues. Overall, I haven't really used it, but I really like this over the rally car. I'm no longer limited to pavement and groomed dirt. Snow here I come

Hmm, really? They look funny cause they angle back, but other than that they are fine. The only thing I see that could be a problem is if the cvd isn't sitting in the outdrive cup far enough. But that can be fixed by tightening both pivot balls, making the rear track a little bit narrower. I looked at it closely, and the fronts do sit in farther, but the rears are around 1/3-1/2 way into the cup, no reason to worry.

I got to run a parallel pack through it today, and wow So much better than the rally was. I actually left the rally spur gear in it for now, so it has a 45t spur, not the stock 50t. It's pretty quick, kept up with my crt.5 in a straight line. Wish I would've done this sooner, or just gotten a merv from the start

OK, Traxxas support told me the Summit springs will work. Im so glad to see some stiffer springs for the mini's. Revos blk didnt cut it. On 2s my a$$ end sucks to the ground when I hit the throttal. What color summit shocks are you guys using? Blue or purple? I used to run GPM alum shocks from the Toyz on my old mini Revo and they where super stiff. I liked em. But there was no specs on the springs. Im running all stock, RPM arms, and alum links and rods(if any of that makes a difference) and PL Titan's w/DirtHawgs. What color do you guys suggest for geberal bashing and jumps.

This seems to be a good thread to sell them on. I have a bunch or mini Revo stock parts that where removed from my Revo when I upgraded. I have a complete set of a arms, links/ rods, body mounts, body, wheels/tires and carriers. Almost everything needed to convert your Rally or Slash to a Revo. I would sell the whole lot for $50 shipped. PM me if your interested.

Anyone do a list for Slash to Rally? I just got a slash in trade today, wanted the rally but I figured it would be pretty easy. I have searched the net trying to find a definitive parts list but nada. The suspension is all the same form what I can tell, even the color of the springs(edit, looks like the spring rate is much higher for the rally). Thanks for any help.

How about rally to slash? I've got a rally and most of my buddies are in the SCT thing, so I'd like to join them....looks like the only difference to convert a rally to a slash is front and rear bumpers (7035 - $8), Springs (7140 thru 7143 - $4/pair) Wheels/Tires (7073 - $18) and body ($20). Control arms, driveshafts, skid plate, links, shocks...everything is the same from rally to slash. I'd imagine it's vice versa, only needing the extended rear body mounts (7315 - $6), front foam (7336 - $2) and bumper (7335 - $8), springs (7340 - $4/pair)wheels/tires (7372 - $18) and body (7311 - $20) to convert slash to rally. Just thought it'd be some good info for this thread.

Cost to convert rally to slash : $72
Cost to convert slash to rally : $80

man, I was thinkin convert my slash to revo, but after reading this, I think a better way is to trade it for a revo with someone who wants a slash.

or you will be better off to get parts from online chop shops.

Hey guys just a quick question would you guys buy an e-revo and do the conversion to a rally or the other way around since e-revo's seem to need a few aftermarket parts i thought maybe go a rally and convert?

thanks
