Same wheelbase.
My friend has the Exotek II and i run the RC18R2 They have the exact same wheelbase.
Only reason i cant mount his body is b/c he mounted his bodypost outward.
So my holes dont align with his body. But the car is the exact same wheelbase. Maybe 1mm - 2mm diff b.c of our worn tires.

Pearl, if you have any GT-z bodies shoot me a PM. I want to make my sc18 to an R2. About those foams, do they hold up on smooth asphalt? I run mine in my about to be newly resurfaced culdasac. They are redoing the streets as we speak.

Smooth asphalt they stick like glue. This is the track i am running them on (We runing half the track for 18th),which is smooth asphalt. The way these are made are little skinnier to elimate the traction from the sidewalls when turning. So i never Flipped even when pushing it hard.

On the rough black grainy concrete/cemet in shop parking lots these tires are okay but still alot better than any other tires.

Hi There, to be honest we have nothing in the works chassis wise for the new AE sorry. We are still producing and supporting the R18II conversion for the original 18R

you should make a r18II sc conversion with a killer sc body.............. I like my rc18 better than my sc18 but love the looks of my sc18.

Default 18R2

Very nice 18R2. I just bought the chassis upgrade and wanted to know if my mamba micro pro brushless motor will fit on the motor mount? My motor holes dont look wide enough to bolt in the motor mount slots. Do you know if your reedy motor is bigger than a mamba micro motor? I bought a sc18,rc18t2/b2 kit and the chassis upgrade conversion and don't have either one running now. I made them all into one rc18r2 like yours. Now I just have to figure out how to put in the motor. What am I doing wrong. lol.. Help me out please. Need to drive this thing. Spent over $500 to make one micro onroad car. Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Default rc18r2

I really like the RC18LM front bumper but I don't think it will fit under my exotek body. I'm putting together a RC18R2 with a chassis conversion and i'm going to be running the exotek body. Has anyone tried or is using this front bumper with a exotek body? Without cutting the foam?
