hi, i have a mini t i bought off ebay before christmas it has a brushless esc and motor on it. when i got it, it had the original gear box in it, so i upgraded it to the adjustable ball diff. since i have put it in it has not been having the same top speed as it was before, and when im driving it, it will run fast for a couple runs then start jerking. what would cause that? and would it be better to go ahead and upgrade to a aluminum spur gear? if anybody knows what couple be wrong please let me know, im pretty new to this and want to get my car running fast an strong like it was before.

Did you tighten up the ball diff.

That's odd. It seems like the problem has to be in the ball diff or the slipper clutch. Or your gear mesh between the spur and pinion could be too tight.
