Try ebay. I searched trinty inserts and found a set. Not sure if its what your looking for or not. There blue and the description said they fit rc18 and mini t tires.
Also, when you say losi street tire, do you mean the street meats?
Should I run narrows up front or wides all around?
Thanks again for all the help
Chris
Yes to the street meats, and yes wide all around.

Does anyone know where I can get some firm foam inserts for the rc18t? It seams that trinity has discontinued there firm foam inserts. I'm more of an on road racer but wanted to try some off road carpet racing with the rc18t. I'll be racing on ozite w/rubber street tires (stock class) and after reading some posts on this thread, I realized that the firm foam inserts would be better suited than the soft inserts. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, what should my ride height be front and rear, and what weight shock oil front and rear for off road carpet racing?
The Trinity inserts OK, but are still not firm enough. You should PM 18racer, he has just came out with the best light weight extra firm inserts I have seen. He posted a few posts ago that he will probably be attending the event.

Hey Tim,
Any news on the motors or tires for 4wd truck stock? If it's brushed.....I'm pumped. If it's brushless, I gotz to grab another ESC so the sooner the better.
Sorry to pressure ya......I know you've got a lot on your plate right now.
Thanks dude.
Tim.....thanks for the info. I already PM'ed 18racer yesterday and am waiting for a response. Appreciate the help.

I did post the motor, but it was a while back ago, and it will be listed on the registration forms. The handout stock motor is the Robitronic Power 300 brushed motor. It is a pretty reliable and consistent motor that was used for the MRL series and the East Coast last year. As far as the tires go, I would like to stay consistent to the rules used at Nationals. The 4wd Stock class was 1/18 Rubber Tires ONLY, No touring car tires, No Hex Adapters. I truly feel that the rubber tire rule won't be that big of a deal since I can almost guarantee you that with the true stadium style jumps we are going to have, rubber tires are the best option anyway.

Here is the Registration Form! Sorry this took so long, as there were some final details that had to be worked out before I could get this thing posted. The form will also be posted out onto Mimi website: www.rctrack.com. The most important thing I can tell you about the Registration is PLEASE PRE-REGISTER!!!!! Because this is the first year that Mimi is hosting the event, she was unsure how the turnout was going to be. Because of this, she was a little hesitant about how many plaques needed to be ordered and having Friday's practice free to racers of the event. I tried to assure her that this event will have a large turnout, but I can understand her concerns over the Plaques. She basically wants to give an incentive to pre-register. And this is important, because allot of pre-registration ensures that she can better budget for those plaques, versus only ordering the bare minimum for each class because of low Pre-Registration.

The Vendetta ST seems to be giving me some problems. At Nationals it is apart of the Monster Truck class, but because this event is both Off-Road, and On-Road, not all classes could be ran at this event. I don't want to turn anyone away, so I want to be able to put it somewhere. It would have to go into the 1/18th 4wd Open truck class, or the 1/16th Open class, due to its bigger tire size. Let me think about it a little bit, as this is a tough one.

My suggestion is that it goes into 1/16th since it is bigger than the other 1/18th trucks.

~ Loneranger who are you bringing down with you ?
I think dieselpower is coming with me, if anyone from Western Mass or anyone from Madness wants to go, then PM me.
Do any of these hotels have bars within walking distance?

Tom,
Yes, I agree. I discussed the issue with a few people, to include John from TSR and we both agreed that if anyone with a Vendetta ST wants to run, they can sign up for the 1/16th Open class. It was just the best, most fair place to put them under the circumstances.

Indeed I am. I'll cover the continental breakfast if you cover the gas and hotel costs....and do all the driving to and fro.
Also wondering (just out of curiosity) what the booze hours in MD are? I, myself, don't drink, but the Loneranger will need a hefty dose of Jager to keep his exoteks in a straight line.
