Default Mini Racers in CT and Southern New England

RCHR in Waterbury, CT has a trophy race going on on November 7th.
Though, not big fans of Micro....the owners will run em if there's enough of em and I think the track is perfect for them.
So anyone in the area.....bring em out. I've even got an extra ride or two if anyone needs one.

Mini Revos, Vendettas and 18Ts will prbably handle the best, but I've actually run 18Rs on the track. Super hard packed dirt.

Who's down?

Rock on. I can probably get Tom L. and Anthony H. from madness to come down. Tom Schenck has a Mini Revo and could probably be twisted into it.

so the count thus far is.....
Diesel......Matt
Phathead.....Tony
Meredith
Tom
Ant
Tom

As I mentioned before, I have a few other mini rides.....RTR that I would be more then happy to lend out. A Vendetta Buggy, loaded.....PBS, CVDs, Ball Diffs....etc and a TT ZT2 RTR.

So, the date has been finalized o November 14th.
Here's the thread for the race, for all those interested. I think I may have wrangled Ron S. and Sam for the mini class as well and one of the fast guys said something about having a mini.
So that makes a total of 9-10 perspective mini racers.
I'm gonna keep pestering ya'll.

Well I just ordered my buggy from Tower Hobbies should be here this weekend. What do I need to change in it when I put the brushless in it?

Steel CVDs are the most important thing to get. What BL system are you putting in?

You want to beef up the front the a arms you can drill into the pivot ball
and install a screw or you can change out the front end for the pillow block style. ($50)
In stock form you will have gear diffs you may want ball diffs
and that is about it along with Toms suggestion of steel cvds.......

Less then 3 weeks to go. I got my ST all set and my buggy good to go for Jay.
Tom L. is rockin an ST.
Tony hopefully has his buggy ready (and something for Meredith)
Ron Sacrider will have something sub 1/10 to run

Paulo was at the track this past Saturday and he had a ridiculously fast ST, so hopefully he'll be down. I mentioned it to him and he seemed excited about it. I'll be trying to spread the word.
See ya'll soon.
