Nope. Your best bet is going to be an Ammo, Neu or one of the as of yet unreleased long can 380s from a reputable manufacturer.

BTW Wes, you're right about that mini slash main........I was the only one comfortable with the truck and track on saturday and TQ'd by a bunch.
On sunday, the track had changed so much I spent most of the main in 3rd and 4th, barely squeaking into 3rd on the final lap.
Big ups to Jamie for keeping it on all four tires....mostly.

Castle will have out soon in time for nationals the new 26mm cans for all the cars and trucks like the 1/16 stuff that need beefier motors....will also fit the 1/14 recoil and also the mslt's and what ever else you can cram it in....
So keep an eye out for them and get yours before they are gone.....

Any possibility they'll be sensored?

Sorry......Castle doesn't have any plans for doing sensored motors at this time.

I've hears that Castle is coming out with a sensored/sensorless Mamba Max Pro, Any chance of a future sensored/sensorless 1/18 esc and possibly motor combo?

Btw, I might make a few micro trips with Gee and am waiting to see some 1/18 mod truck action (M18t pro)!

we still are and are micros are waiting to make a come back.....

our old set up will probably work hard foams up front sidewalls glued and trued...(cant remember the diameter) rear med foams used the atomic red/white/blue spring kit whites in the front blues in the rear
gearing I used both the large and small spurs (cant remember size)

what would be a good stock gearing 4200 w 5 cells....5400w 5 cells

I still have 4 m18s 2 150mm and 2 140mm (exotek).....
I even have custom lids from Homer....

I even have 4 mrs4s.....

No sensored stuff. The MMP will be sensored mainly to appease racers. Sensorless is great in mod/going fast, and thats what Castle does best Sensored is old tech, SL is where its at. Besides, where would we have space for a sensor stuff in an M18
And you better come to the micro on road nats! Youd do well, and have a great chance at the A So far you are GB's best kept secret

Berm, this was my setup from the ECC: ECC setup 50 fronts will be more driveable, 45 fronts give you steering

4200 gearing will depend on track/tire size... 36/17 isnt a bad place to start (what I ran at our 50' straightaway track).

5400... start going down 4 teeth from whatever you find on the 4200

Sorry to hijack your thread wes

Brandon.....The new MMP was designed for the guys wanting to be able to use them in their crawlers to utilize the sensored side of the motor for going extremely slow.....and that is what they will get with the new speedo.....it is truly awesome in that aspect.......as for ROAR specs....Castle also made it for the racer that wanted to be able to use Castle speedos in sensored mode with a sensored motor at national events and be legal......This will be a small percentage but will also create revenue for Castle by covering all the bases in the R/C comunity.........Castle doesn't have plains to make sensored motors for any scale at this time.....No need to as Gee said because Castle is about speed not retarding the motors to go slower.........See you at the Nationals....

Berm.......Hope to see you and little Berm again at Nats this year.....everyone misses you guys.......as for the 4200 w 5 cells i would start with a 42 spur and a 20 pinion......the 5400 5 cell I would start with a 17 pinion and go from there......I will get you my set up as soon as I can post it....having issues.......

Ok, just wonderin'! Gee, there should be a drag slash (7700) sighting this sat.

I hope to make the nats but that all depends on school, I won't be able to go unless it's on a time when I'm not in school. As for east coast events, It's on!

Question of the Week:
Is anyone racing micros right now during the summer? If so, where are you running and what micro classes?
Happy Racing,
