Default HPI Micro RS4

Hey guys I have a HPI Micro RS4.
The front diff is really tight and how do i loosen it?
Help please as i know that this problem would really slow down the car.

And I am using Speed Passion Emotion 5200kV Brushless Motor.
It drains alkaline at about after a 5 minute run.
Is the speed of draining normal or abnormal?
