Tekin makes a good system. I think there 5.4 system would do you good on a 2cell lipo.

I like my Tekin 8000 system in my mini t. I find it much easier to use than the Mamba system in programming and the light sequences are psychadelic. The new sidewinder Mamba's are much better than the old shrink wrapped mamba's though.

as far as diffs, my 18t tore diffs up daily on a modded brushed motor. biggest POS car i've owned so I cant really say what yours will do.

interesting, I run an 8k brushless with 3s and now 2s and my plastic gears are in PERFECT shape. I upgraded to metal, but I might go back to the plastic.

The plastic out-drives are a different issue, but I don't think anybody has issues with them unless they run a fast brushless, in which case just upgrade

its not a POS, just needs a few tweaks. Its cheap, parts are EVERYWHERE, and its pretty bulletproof, or at least cartwheel-proof
