Default Mini latemodel Drive pin ????

I have a mini latemodel and was curious if anyone has found an alternative or somewhere to buy the drive pins in larger quantities than 2 at a time with the lug nuts? I mean I dont need the extra lugs ever but the drive pins are easy to lose. Anyone with any help it would be appreciated

Go to the K&S wire rack at you LHS and find the wire that is as close as possible it will work in a pinch. It's piano wire so it's harder than you would think. Comes in like 3 foot lengths so your grand kids will still have some left over.

Put a bit of vaseline on the pin when you put it in the axle. It will make the pin stick to the axle rather than fall out. Not perfect but helps some to retain the pins. Piano wire is a great replacement and cost effective as staed in previous post.
