Just want to know what pinions/spurs I will need to run this, since it has a larger shaft than all pinions I have at the moment.

What Kv is the motor? That is the info most guys will need to help you determine a good start point for you.

I understand gearing etc. Its just that the M18T runs on different pitch (AFAIK) to most cars, and I don't know what size shaft the motor has, and some people might know what ones I need to use.

Most Neu will have a 3.2mm (1/8") or 2.3mm shafts and the pitch for the M18 spur gear should be 48P.
