i tryed running firm foam in the front and soft foams in the rear during practice and it pushed really bad on power....so i tried sofft all around and it was hooking up nice, but when i wanted to push it harder it would traction roll pretty bad, almost everyone on power turn i would flip

You need to use traction compound. Full compound on the rear and try compound on the inner 1/3 on the harder fronts. If you need more steering, sauce the fronts more.

What are the shores of the tires that you are using?

Do you have any pics of your car?

Use a medium foam up front and a soft in the rear. Only sauce the inner 1/3 of the front and full sauce the rear and see what happens.

Did you also use ca glue around the edges of the front soft tires that you were running? If you try the soft all the way around, you can fully sauce the rears and use no sauce on the fronts. If you did use traction compound on the fronts, you can spray them with motor spray to dry them out a bit as well.

It prevents that side of the wheel/tire from folding over.

o ic....

i am also gonna try running a 300 size motor instead of the 4200kv setup i am currently running. the 4200kv setup was too light and fast in the micro rs4 for racing

The Micro Rs4 just does not have the tuning possibilities of the newer 1/18th scale cars.
