Is there a trick to tightening the slipper. do i really have to remove the receiver box everytime i adjust it?

You should be able to hold the wrench on the slipper nut while holding an L-wrench through the front of the shaft as the manual illustrates while rolling the truck forward or backward to adjust as necessary.

Seems like I post this almost every page, but such is the case with a forum that will not allow multiple threads for 1 vehicle.

Any of the Hitec HS-81, HS-82 or HS-85 (or any variations of....ie....MG or Digital) servos will drop right in.

I stoped by the LTD (local traxxas delaer) and did find some real nice stuff.

Parts that will be needed.

-DU-BRO Ballends/swivels #369 2/56 - 4/40
-Short AE turnbuckles 45mm (im using FT)
-Longer AE Turnbuckles 51mm (same as above)
-Drill 3mm
-Drill 2.5mm
-Plier protect the "mouth" with some tape

Parts:
Is there another brand of ballends/swivels to use? I couldnt find that exact catalog # ?

Thanks

Just had a customer (trixter23) e-mail us about running our crawler wheels on his mini revo. This thing looks pretty awesome!

That does look sick man... Someone needs to compile a list of all the rims and tires that will fit these things. If anyone wants to Pm me the ones they know will fit I will add them all to a list and see if I can maybe get a mod to stickey it in the section. Or send a list to the first guy who posted and Have him edit his first post with the info there so everyone can see all this.. Their are alot of pages to go back through to find curtain tires or rims..

Looks like they weigh a ton. Are the wheels aluminum or just the rings? I bet some 1.9 crawler wheels would be killer! Hmm...

The rims are heavier, but they are molded plastic wheels with alloy beadlocks.

The body is on the list of projects!

Thumbs up New setup, new movie..

Passed by the track today with my new setup (one hole in pistons closed) a lot better, but still springy, cuz the shortened of the pushrod, it change the geometry of the suspension. i will use limiters insted, before i adjusted the pushrods for lower ridhight it was PERFECT... BUT the car was dialed, a lot better then the last movie...im running 2wd fronts on my car, the track have tons of grip so this is the combo to run here
