Height: 20.3 mm
Width(Thickness): 35.5mm.

These seem to be the best nihm batts that will fit: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXMEY5&P=7

Called Traxxas today and was told that the release is May 31, no exceptions.

I was told that employees already have the ability to take new ones home to try out and get familiar with, for when questions start coming in after the release.

The person who I was on the phone with said with the dual battery set up they are actually faster than the full size revo with the 3.3 nitro engine and who ever buys one will be pleasntly suprised with it.

He also said that traxxas feels the mini revo is expected to be more popular and more successful than the slash.

Well see.....

A local LHS received an email and talked to Traxxas. Traxxas said they will be shipping out the Mini Slash in the next few days and the Mini E-Revo Late May/Early June. I think they are doing this because there is clearly a much higher demand for the mini E-Revo than the Mini Slash. They're doing this because people won't be able to wait to get the Mini E-Revo and they'll just buy the Mini Slash. This way, they will sell a lot more Mini Slashes. Plus later on there will be a ton of people who want to convert their Mini Slash into a Mini E-Revo and then Traxxas will sell a but-load of Mini E-Revo bodies, bumpers, a-arms, wings, and wheels. It's a win-win situation for Traxxas, but it sucks for all of us who have already ordered the Mini E-Revo. A few people will probably buy the Mini Slash first, and then get the Mini E-Revo later, which is another plus for Traxxas. I'm thinking once I get my Mini E-revo I'm going to get the Mini Slash Jerry Welchel Edition body and the Mini Slash front and rear bumpers to put on my Mini E-Revo. It will look sweet!

These are high quality and might be persuaded to fit with a little dremel work.....

Pretty much anything (lipo wise) that fits into a Vendetta will fit.

Anyone planning to race thoose cars? i mean like indoor offroad (Revo) like a truck class or so?. Im woundering how thoose plastic cvd´s will hold up with the traction and powa from the motor...

Any idea how long thoose shocks are? c/c

DO we think a Novak 380 motor can handle the truck? with a TeamWave esc ?

Hey Thomas.....
I am planning on picking up one of these too. I don't think the Novak 380 will be enough to power these 1 kilo monsters. That motor has a hard enough time powering a 600-700 gram LRP Shark (Vendetta). I have a NEU 1105 (1107 would be better) and Quark 65amp Roadster ESC ready to go for it. Looking forward to this one.

Hi Morati, hmm sad to hear that been away from smallscale for a while, but after some thinking you are absolute right, they are little heavier

How about the Feigao 380c ? Know some guys here in swe playing with them in TC cars for ex Xray 008 working real good.

can be found @ Mike on rcmonster http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...od=FEIGAO_380C
