the vendetta has the option of using steel gears for the ball diffs...
and it handles the raw pure power of my NEU 1105/1.5y motor

WTH.
My Xray M18T has had zero diff problems running my Castle 5400kV setup and I have read about zero diff problems with them.

For mini's, M18T's have the best diffs. I've been running my stock diffs for almost two years now. All I do is maintenance on them every once in a while. Vendetta's and rc18's have good diffs when set up properly, and the mlst series is a lost cause (imo). All the diff option for the mlst suck from my experience (I only run bl motors).

Diff issues are not that big of an issue when you get to larger scales. Some 1/10ths have mediocre diffs, but in general, most all the losi, AE, kyosho, etc... 1/10th buggies/st's I've driven have been pretty solid. And for 1/8th scale, you will rarely have a problem with any diff. I've never toasted a diff on my jammin x1 or xray xb8 & xt8.

That's so true...

Super strong diffs, but the rest of the truck will fall apart if you sneeze too hard. Too bad we can't take the rage diffs and toss it into a mlst... it would be the perfect mini monster truck.
