Depends on what you're gonna do with it. For general bashing the MLST2 is probably the best choice.

For bashing around the yard. I'd buy the MLST2. It has the most ground clearance outta all the cars on your list.

The mini LST2 is gonna go over backyard stuff a lot easier. Through grass and over little rocks, tree branches, choppy dirt, stuff like that. The others are more fun on carpet, packed clay, smoother-ish surfaces.

I'm a Losi enthusiast too and have a coupple of Mini-T's (MiniXXXtended/MiniT Pro) as well as a coupple of MiniLST2's (one for spares and mod's) all cars are Bl powered and the only problem i've had was in MLST2 stock servos. For bashing around i strongly suggest you to go with the MLST2 for endless fun on every surface.(once you replace the crappy stock servos)

If you decide on a MLST2 I have one posted in the for sale forum. Brand new in box, never touched the ground.

But I currently have a Vendetta ST and RC18T. The Vendetta ST is pretty nice and quick and it's got a lot of power to run over stuff.

Of the vehicles you've listed the Mini-T is the most durable.

The MLST2 has the biggest tires and best ground clearance but there are a few problems with the RTR MLST2:
-Servos are junk and will strip in the first few runs
-ESC is junk and will shut down each time you run on grass.
-Center diff is junk and will strip even on stock power.

The MIP center diff is a great upgrade but you'll still need to keep some plastic idler gears on hand for the center diff for when those strip (only under brushless power and not very often).

Dealing with the servos is another problem though. Any replacement that is a 'drop in' fix is going to cost you a lot of money. I ended up custom mounting two HS-81 servos and using the 3-racing steering setup.

About the Mini-T:

I also have a Mini-T pro so I can recommend the mip ball diff and CVDs as immediate upgrades. The steering setup in the mini-t is made a lot better by an aftermarket drag link. The Toys lists many of these.

My advice to you is to try to find a used Mini-T on e-bay as a roller and go from there.

keep your mind open look at the vendetta or the rc18 team edition. personally i have the mini inferno and love it its just a pain to get the kmc chassis which is a must have for brushless the losi is cool but imo for backyard bashing look at the detta

I agree with Gweed on this one. The vendetta and the mini inferno are both great cars and are very stable around a track. They also make good cars for the back yard. If I were you I would stay away from the mini t because of the electronics. The new losi desert truck is actually a pretty cool looking car in my opinion.
