I know that this question has probably been asked before, but can someone tell me who makes a motor mount for the Mini T/Late Model that will fit a 370 motor?

Several companies do make, or have made, them - but not quite as popular as it once was since brushless motors gained popularity.
What you're looking for is called a "Big Block motor plate" - sometimes you can find them on eBay, either that or do a Google search.
