Default No tires are getting full power. (RC18T)

I just finished putting together my FT 18T and none of the tires are getting full power.

What should I check first? Any ideas as to what the problem is?

What is the slack? is that how I can kinda pull the 2 sides of the diff apart a little bit?

How do I tighten the slack?

Thanks in advance.

on the rear you should pop of the linkage on the top and pull the dogbone out hold the rear right tire and tighten the diff inside the diff case with the proper allen wrench on the front vice versa

Hmm, Im confused lol.

Ya know the thing in the manual when youre putting together the diff itself and it says to tighten all the way, and then loosen it a half turn. Is that the thing youre talking about?

Thanks for all the help, tis much appreciated.

So if I backed out of it 1/2 turn then thats deff not the problem?

If I tighten it a little could it possibly fix it?

Should I check both the front and the back and possibly tighten them?

Sorry for all the questions, Im just really stupid.

When I take the gearcase cover off and I turn the spur everything works fine.

Check them, but if you adjusted them correctly they should be fine.

If the diffs are too tight, tighter than the factory recommended settings, you'll tend to tear up diffs easier.

Just curious, but if you're new to this truck (and sound new to RCs)
how do you know for sure "none of the tires are getting full power"??
