hey wuss up man....naw my bro is still in vegas but he didnt go to the last race but he should b at the next race.....im sure they setup there cars right tho....thats true about the foams against jona them but smoked um last race b4 i left... i won the 18r spec class

i also changed out my radio system in the 18r and its way better

I know it might me to much, but it sounded good. I would like to see some more springs. Do you have any plans for a swaybar?

I should be ready for the next race, I got CVDs on the way and just finished a body but I wont post it because...well...it is offensive to most of the senses...

back on one of the other rc18 posts someone used the springs from the ae oval shock kit.. cant remember the part number but it was a pack with like 8pair in them all different colors.. each spring was about 2lb different.

might try and look up the part from ae if you are needing different ones for the 18r.

iirc it was the side shocks on the lto cars

I'm no fan of sway bars, micros are already too twitchy. Springs I can do this fall

VCS springs are about 5mm too long. Raises up the ride height too much for on road. I always end up cutting the springs in half so not a perfect solution.

Well I wanted to give it a little more rally dirtroad ability so Here is what I did. On the Rear where the Body post go, the part that snaps in the hole I drilled that out to except the Ball screw from the shock Easy Works perfect. On the front I removed the screw that holds the body post on and replaced it with a longer 3mm through the shock cap and through the body post mount. It works perfect. Brought my ride height up to 3/4". I tested it Great improvement on the dirt. also still handles great on pavement. I wish they made some dirt friendly tires for this one. need some more post before I can Post Pics.

Does anyone know the stock setting for the R? Rear toe and front camber with the stock turnbuckles?
