RCM, if you can't identify who started it perhaps your the one needing to find somewhere else to comment. I made what IMHO was a helpful comment, but got something nothing but hurtful in reply.

You said something was crackhead comment, thus mentioned drug use, it does not belong in the nats thread or this forum. Please refrain from commenting on a race you have never been to and will never go to.
I was just pointing out, thoughtfully so I thought, after someone else mentioned that their M18 was essentially the same after 4 or 5 years that just maybe a 5 year old design was past its prime. I mean, how many cars can you say stay current for that long. That maybe, just maybe it needed a class much like the once revered and now long forgotten RS4.
How hard was that to figure out?
Some of you guys are just too sensitive I guess.

In response to someone that called me a fruitcake, thus referencing me being crazy. How hard is it for you to contemplate? How do you know that I've never been to the nats or your nats? That doesn't sound much like someone interested in promoting attendance or those of that have attended to return.
Tried to make a helpful comment, and get attacked three times?
Sure seems like a bunch of folks missed their chill pill.

Slow down there. Past it's prime? Stick to the same dimensions and come with a better design then. Past it's prime in what sense. What other design has come out with same size (wheelbase and width) offering better performance?... I thought so. The only thing that has offered improvements over time has been improving on the same platform which has been great IMHO such as the work that exotek has done over the years. Call it vintage when another same size competitor beats it down.
I guess you've figured I like M18s by now...
Still looking forward to coming down. It'll be great.

Im curious Doc....
what races have you attended???
Your pretty much a newb here and yet you have a vast wealth of opinion.
What really has my curosity is how your style of writing emulates past users who were either banned or went away.....is it a coincidence or do you have a dark past.....one18th racing is about fun and the challenge of racing a smaller vehicle. Pushing it to its limits and beyond. You post with all these expert opinions and comments....keyboard racing is boring....come to the onroad nats and have some real fun....
For heavens sake, you too?
Now everyone's become a forensic writing expert?

Pierre: I wasn't trying to start a big fight, just trying to make a simple suggestion. I own a M18 that I've dumped a bit of money into and will continue to run. I think you were the one saying something about specification differences and I guess not being happy with the new rules. All I was trying to do was suggest a way for everyone to get along.
Why is everyone getting upset and blowing all this smoke around over this?

The RC10 B4 has been out for 4 plus years, it is not past its prme. The M18 Pro is NOT in any way past its prime.

theDR.......just stop and listen to yourself. In reality, you definately seem to be the one that needs to take a "chill pill". It seems that you go way out of your way to somehow justify all of your negative comments. IMO, I would have to say that you are quite entertaining to listen to. Boy, you sure seem to spend a lot of time behind that keyboard of yours, congering up more negative comments. How are those fingers holding up? I'm pretty sure that I am speaking for a lot of other people that enjoy communicating on this thread in a much more "positive" way. Maybe you should try another hobby....like sky diving or something and maybe without a parachute........just a thought.
